Apricot & Almond muesli recipe
Ingredients
- 250g porridge oats
- 75g blanched almonds, halved or smaller
- 75g pumpkin seeds
- 1-2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 75g Sunshine Dleights dried apricots, chopped
- 20g apple fruit crisps
- 600ml oat milk (or dairy alternative)
- 240g blueberries
Recipe:
Toast the porridge oats, almonds, pumpkin and cinnamon, over a low heat. Stir until everything is combined. Pour into bowls, and mix in the fruit. Add oat milk.
Note: This recipe is for 6 portions, adjust to your needs.
